At Vivitar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the item in its original box with all included accessories and manuals, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
